Sometimes I wonder, is there really any connection between our mind and healing process. According to my experience, mind healing is not always work.
I believe that not all illness related to our mind. For some specific illness that caused by stress, we can make our healing process faster by contolling our mind. The mind healing process can be done by using meditation or mindfulness.
As long as we accept our condition, this will make us more relax and make the mind healing process work.
For another type of illness that's not caused by our mind like stress, I don't think that mind healing will help at all.
